1. Agreement
These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the RankJoe website and any SEO, AEO, GEO, web, app or advertising services we provide. By using the site or engaging our services, you agree to these terms.
2. Services
RankJoe provides Search Everywhere Optimization and related marketing and development services. The exact scope, deliverables and fees for any engagement are set out in a separate proposal or statement of work agreed with you.
3. Fees & payment
Fees, billing frequency and payment terms are defined in your proposal. Unless stated otherwise, invoices are due on receipt. Engagements are month-to-month with no long-term lock-in; either party may cancel with reasonable notice as described in your proposal.
4. No guarantee of rankings
Search engines and AI assistants control their own algorithms. We follow proven, ethical methods and report transparently, but we cannot and do not guarantee specific rankings, citations, traffic volumes or revenue. Any projections are estimates, not promises.
5. Client responsibilities
You agree to provide timely access, content, approvals and accurate information needed to deliver the work, and to ensure that materials you supply do not infringe third-party rights.
6. Intellectual property
Deliverables created for you become yours upon full payment. RankJoe retains ownership of its pre-existing tools, processes and know-how. You grant us permission to reference non-confidential work for portfolio and case-study purposes unless agreed otherwise.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, RankJoe is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid for the services giving rise to the claim in the preceding three months.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate an engagement as described in the applicable proposal. Fees for work performed up to the termination date remain payable.
9. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always available on this page, and continued use of the site or services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
